Really hyped for this, easily my favorite show of the last couple years.

Also, for those who haven’t I highly recommend watching the Disney Gallery behind the scenes series for The Mandalorian. Tons of really cool stuff went into the making of the show and the actors and directors tell some cool stories. In particular the two episodes on the special effects used are amazing to watch.

I think it definitely got stronger as the season progressed. We watched the doc about the filming of the show. That digital set they are using is insane.

Seems like the hit/miss ratio for Disney is skewing definitely “miss” these days, but shows like this keep that sweet subscription money coming in. Thinking about canceling my Disney plus because the catalog isn’t really growing and there are only so many laugh track teen sitcoms they can pad it with .

Their catalog is surprisingly empty for a teen or adult. They also have a terrible system for finding content. I think the only reason I keep it is Star Wars, Marvel, and new Star Wars and expected new Marvel content.

I subbed for a month last time for this show. Looks like Disney will get a couple of bucks from me over Christmas again. Just wait until all the episodes are out. This is the way...
